Who you are buying from
This store trades as Feeder Fort and ships within the United States only. When this page says "we" or "us" it means Feeder Fort. Reach a person at support@feederfort.com — that address is read by the owner, not a queue.
Using this site
- Buying from us means you are at least 18 and can enter a contract where you live.
- The words, photographs, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Don't copy the site wholesale. Sharing a link, a screenshot, or a quote is fine and welcome.
- Don't try to break, scrape, overload, or work around the security of this site.
Orders and prices
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we charge your card and email your receipt.
- Prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: shipping is free and there are no handling fees or surprise add-ons.
- Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it. If tax applies to your order it is shown before you pay.
- We can decline or cancel an order and refund it in full. That is for genuine reasons only, such as a pricing error, a payment we cannot verify, an address we cannot ship to, or stock that has run out. If we cancel, you are not charged.
- If an obvious pricing mistake appears on the site, we will not hold you to it and we will not quietly ship at the wrong price. We will contact you and cancel or confirm.
- You can cancel for a full refund up until the order is picked and packed, which is usually only a few hours after you place it. After that, let it arrive — the guarantee below covers you anyway.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go from your browser straight to Stripe and never touch our servers, which is why we cannot see or store your card number. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself.
Shipping and delivery
Free shipping within the United States, typically 3 to 5 days from a US warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers occasionally run late. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the shipping page.
Returns and the guarantee
If a squirrel beats the station, keep it and we refund you, for 30 days from delivery, with nothing to ship back and nothing to prove. Separately, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing a part, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at your choice. The returns page is the full policy and it is part of these terms.
The product
- The station is built to keep squirrels out of the feed. It is outdoor hardware, not an animal-proof enclosure and not a trap, and it is not designed to exclude bears, raccoons, or anything larger than a squirrel.
- Install it on level ground, away from the launch points described on the placement map. Most failures are placement, not hardware.
- Keep children clear during assembly. The pole sections have ends.
- Photographs show the product as supplied. Colour on your screen will not match a backyard exactly.
Your receipt and tracking are part of the order. We may also send occasional notes about new gear for the yard, and every one of those has a one-click unsubscribe. What we collect and why is on the privacy page.
The legal part, kept honest
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live, and nothing here takes away the guarantee above.
- Beyond that guarantee and any warranty the law gives you, the product is supplied as it is.
- Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our total liability for an order is capped at what you paid for it.
Changes and disputes
We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that governs your order, so the date at the top matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located there.
