Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no codes.

How fast

Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends go out the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. If it hasn't arrived in 5 business days, write us at support@feederfort.com and we'll chase it down.

If it goes missing

Sometimes tracking says delivered and nothing is on the porch. Check with anyone else at the address and with your local post office first, because that finds it more often than not. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll send another one or refund you. We are not going to make you prove a negative.

If it arrives damaged

Email us within 30 days with a photo of what arrived and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice, and you keep what turned up. The photo is what lets us fix it the same day. Full detail is on the returns page.
