Plain-language version, because that's the only version we have.

This site is run by Feeder Fort. We are the ones responsible for what happens to your information, and support@feederfort.com reaches a person who can act on it.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, phone, and shipping address, so we can charge the card, ship the feeder, and answer support email. Payment happens on Stripe's servers. We never see or store your card number.
• When you browse: standard analytics. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our ads work, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the page (Clarity masks anything you type). Both set cookies.

What we do with it

• Fulfill your order. Your name and shipping address go to our fulfillment warehouse so they can put the box on a truck.
• Measure our advertising. Purchase and browsing events are sent to Meta, including from our server, so ad reporting stays accurate. Your email is hashed before it goes, which means Meta receives a scrambled version it can match but not read.
• Answer your email when you write us.
• Email you. Your receipt and your tracking number always. Now and then, a note about new gear for the yard. Every one of those notes has an unsubscribe link in it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't keep emailing you after you unsubscribe. One click is enough and it sticks.
• We don't keep your data longer than we need it to run the store.
